The hotel's location in the heart of downtown Newport offers easy access to various attractions, despite being above a noisy pub. The rooms, though with limited amenities and a loud ambiance, provide easy access to most places. The dining options included in the rate were satisfactory, and the service was decent. While the facilities were basic, the convenient location compensates for it.
What a delightful stay! The hotel impressed me with its ideal location near downtown, the folding table affording personal comfort, and stunning water views. However, it can get a bit noisy in high season due to the nearby pubs. The self-catering facilities were a great bonus, making my stay very convenient.
I couldn't ask for a better location, right in the center of Newport within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were cozy, with wooden blinds only onto the back porch. The staff was excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, the noise from the nearby pub could be bothersome at times. The dining experience, with fruit salads included, was pleasant. The facilities were convenient and well-kept.
